'Kaya' basically refers to the vital energy running through the human body, and is also understood as the abode of our jiva (soul). 'Nama:' (Spoken as Namaha) is the Indian form of offering Salutation and bowing down.

KayaNama: is offering respect and taking care of our Kaya (The different dimensions of our Human Body) and we do it through Yoga.

We are a team of Yoga practitioners who have realized the great benefits of Yoga & are ready to share our experience and learning with you.

Presently, we offer Yoga Classes Online and learning Yoga with us is fun and exciting.

I am a mother of two beautiful children.
I started Yoga during my Pregnancy to enhance my immunity and I could achieve tremendous results.
Today, I have completed more than 7 years practicing Yoga. During these years, Yoga has strengthened me physically and mentally, and has led me into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth.

I congratulate you in taking your first step towards Yoga and assure you that like everyone else, you shall soon be able to achieve your wellness goals with me. I value each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to meet you in my next online yoga session.
